Placement Consideration For projects that meet editorial standards, Cinema Talk becomes the first formal step toward potential inclusion, collaboration, or development. No commitments are made. Terms & Conditions for Consulting Services These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the consulting services provided by April Sheris and Upland Studios ("Consultant," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By booking a consulting service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Services Provided April Sheris offers consulting services related to Web3 publishing, NFT monetization, and digital asset strategies. The services include: 1:1 Web3 Publishing Strategy Session Web3 Publishing Blueprint (3-Session Package) Monetization Mastery for Authors 2. Payment & Booking Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No services will be rendered without full payment. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment platform. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may be subject to availability but are not guaranteed. No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will forfeit the session with no refund or rescheduling. 4. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of consulting services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked. The Web3 Publishing Blueprint (3-Session Package) is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it includes proprietary insights, research, and customized strategies. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, we encourage you to reschedule within our policy timeframe. 5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Any materials, strategies, or guidance provided during consulting sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold. We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose your project details without consent. 6. Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from implementing Web3 or NFT strategies. You are responsible for your own business decisions and execution of strategies discussed during sessions. 7.
