Cool Intentions: Rooibos Cream Pops
Today only, we’re turning tea into something colder, creamier, and deeply intentional. Our Western Cape Chamomile Rooibos blend meets coconut cream and honey to create velvety Rooibos Cream Pops — a summer tea ritual frozen on a stick.

🧊 Rooibos Cream Pops Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp Upland Tea House Western Cape Chamomile Rooibos
1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.5 oz)
1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Edible flowers or crushed hibiscus for garnish
Instructions
1. Steep rooibos in 1 cup hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
2. Blend steeped tea with coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and sea salt.
3. Pour into popsicle molds. Add edible flower petals or crushed hibiscus if desired.
4. Freeze 6–8 hours (or overnight).
5. To unmold: run under warm water for a few seconds and pop — you’re golden.
Flavor Notes:
Floral. Creamy. Earthy. Summer in every bite.
