A Rooibos Royale Fit for a Peacock
Presented by Upland Tea House
Profile:
Floral. Citrusy. Velvet-rich. The kind of brew that dons a velvet blazer and speaks in iambic pentameter.
Ingredients:
2 tsp Upland Tea House Royal Golden Latte Rooibos
½ tsp dried lavender
1 thin strip of orange peel
1 dash rose water (optional, for the romantics)
1 tsp honey or brown sugar
¾ cup steamed oat milk (or milk of choice)
Edible gold flakes (for garnish)
Fresh mint sprig or candied rose petal (for flair)
Instructions:
In a teapot or French press, steep rooibos, lavender, and orange peel in 1 cup hot water for 5–7 minutes.
Strain, then stir in honey and a whisper of rose water.
Steam oat milk until frothy and pour slowly into your brewed base.
Garnish with edible gold flakes and mint—because even your tea deserves a final touch.
Serving Notes:
Best sipped from a porcelain teacup while wearing silk robes, opera gloves optional.
Pairs delightfully with almond shortbread, candlelight, and dramatic reading.
